Moving

Before moving in or moving out, it is important to inform the administration, by email (5220sources@gmail.com) or phone message at least 48 hours before the move.  This will to ensure an elevator is reserved for your move and protective covers for the elevator walls are installed.

The owner has the sole responsibility to ensure that the movers take every precaution to avoid causing damage to the building. As per Article 96 of our declaration of co-ownership, any derogation of this rule could result in prosecution to the owner for damage, eg paving, curbs, earthwork, the irrigation system, the flooring, the walls and floors of the corridors.

 Administrative fee of $ 125 will be charged for each move in and out

Merchandise Delivery

Furniture, appliances etc…, that requires special handling.
